Location: Orchard
- Basic Salary Range: $ 2500 - $ 3500 + Commission
- Address:
Orchard - Working Hours:
10am – 8pm (2 hours lunch break) - Working Days: 5 days work week rotational shift, must be willing to work on weekend
- Benefits: AL & MC as per MOM standard
- At least 1 year of experience in the slimming industry - facial industry can be considered too.
- Certifications in body / aesthetic / beauty and facial technique knowledge will be a plus.
- Proven track record of sales experience with knowledge in postpartum wellness and slimming may be considered for a senior role.
- Deliver slimming treatments using advanced machines to help clients achieve their desired results.
- Establish strong rapport with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
- Monitor and track clients' progress closely, offering personalized guidance and encouragement along the way.
- Educate clients on available products and treatments, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, guaranteeing a safe and hygienic environment for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and record-keeping.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
