Beauty Advisor

We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to offer luxury personalized services to our customers.

Beauty Advisor responsibilities include demonstrating makeup techniques, suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing customers about product details, like ingredients, application methods and price. To be successful in this role, you are customer-service oriented and are familiar with a wide range of beauty products.

Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our beauty products and services to clients.

• Increase sales and brand awareness by providing professional consultation in-line with exquisite moment.
• Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to sales. Handling queries on Fragrances/Makeup/Skincare.
• Ensure counter cleanliness, ensure proper presentation of products/testers on shelves and replenish/pack stocks as needed.
• Provide outstanding client experience through excellent product knowledge and expertise through a multi-category, multi-channel approach. Achieve targets together as a team while adhering to company’s directives.
• Ensure long term engagement with our clients and maintain good relationship after sales.
• Maintain the store in optimum condition and adhering to a visual merchandising guideline that best represents the brand.

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in the relevant industry, beauty industry preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Makeup and Fragrance products.
• Possess accreditation in Makeup Artistry/Skincare/ Fragrance preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and/or holidays (dependent on business staffing needs).
• Excellent & effective communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours, pleasant personality and service mindset.
• Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.
• Social media presence is preferred.
• English fluency.
