Job Description

• Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers
• Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their face concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals
• Ensure each client receives an extraordinary treatment for their individual needs and goals.
• Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice
• Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modelling our innovative philosophy
• Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

• Willing to learn, truly passionate about skincare & beauty and making clients happy and beautiful inside and out, self-motivated and able to work in international, fast paced environment
• Must be highly professional and very detail oriented. The person(s) we are seeking must have an interest in the health and wellness field.
• Partial experience at beauty salon/spa with a proven track record of excellence in aesthetic.
• Build rapport with customers

• 出色的沟通技巧，能够清晰地解释护肤流程，理解客户需求，建立信任关系。
• 高度专业，注重细节，积极学习，乐于帮助客户实现他们的美容目标。
• 有团队合作精神，并能独立完成工作，具备强烈的目标导向。
• 具备良好的客户服务意识，能够通过提供卓越的服务赢得客户的信任和忠诚。
• 能够在快速变化的国际化工作环境中自我激励，并适应多变的工作需求。
