• As part of a high performing team, work together with the team members to ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact and to achieve sales target
• Book appointments over the phone and serve walk-in based on availability.
• Understand customer's needs and wants and perform professional consultation to recommend company’s treatments and products
• Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
• Monitor and evaluate ways to meet sales targets
• Required to comply with all workplace health and safety standards
• Maintain excellent after-sales relationships with customers
• Read and comply with all company policies and procedures
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required

• Provide a range of beauty treatments, including facials, hair removal and more.
• Offer personalized consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on clients’ needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and treatment areas.
• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
• Build strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Min 1 year experience in Aesthetics / Beauty industries
• Sales oriented and customer focus
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care and treatment)
• Service-oriented with self-motivation for achieving sales targets
• Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Good work attitude and willingness to learn

Weekday 11am-9pm ; weekends and PH 10am-7pm
