• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles, enhancing forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with finance teams to finalize monthly reporting and ensure accuracy
• Perform variance analysis and prepare departmental P&Ls for department leaders
• Assist in monitoring project balances, staffing, and profitability
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in financial reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month‑end close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
