Overview
Wayne State College is seeking a Foundation Financial Manager.
Position InformationJob Title
Nature of Work
Manage and perform financial services for the Wayne State Foundation.
Examples of Work Performed- Maintain all financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, pledges receivable, and cash receipts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly reports for the Executive Committee.
- Monitor cash balances.
- Perform reconciliation of various items as needed.
Bachelor’s degree or an Associates Degree & 2+ Years of Applicable Experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
- Graduate Degree.
- Experience using Blackbaud’s Financial Edge and Raisers Edge fund raising management software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience in a college setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to research problems, analyze information, and present proposed solutions.

Salary Information Competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Attractive and comprehensive benefit package. Annual salary range is $61,800-$77,250.
