Job Description:
- Finance Business partner (BP) to Divisions to provide financial insights to add value that will guide decision making to achieve organization's outcomes
- Team Lead to Divisions' BP to manage and drive forecast and budget utilization accuracy, strengthen projection capabilities and financial controls through financial performance review
- Continually assess opportunities to improve BP delivery and foster strong partnerships with Divisions
- Review management report packages and performance analysis with Divisions, identifying key trends and provide business recommendations
- Support Divisions in budget process, year-end closing activities and funding process
- Lead finance projects to drive process improvement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field from a recognized University
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in Finance Business Partner role with supervisory responsibilities
- People focused leader, encouraging team growth and development
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management
- Adaptable to changes and creative mindset to drive improvements in financial processes
- Highly collaborative and trusted leader with experience to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience in analysis/database tools such as SAP and Power BI
