The Finance and Account Manager is responsible for financial operations, reporting, and compliance within a healthcare organization.

• Financial Management and Reporting
  • Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, bank reconciliation)
  • Support and manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital management
  • Ensure timely submission reports
  • Maintain proper financial records and documentation in accordance with company policies
• Billing & Receivables Management
  • Oversee and ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding
  • Liaise with external parties and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Process Improvement & Controls
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in the workflows
  • Support implementation or enhancement of systems and processes
• Compliance & Regulatory
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and requirements from including, IRAS, ACRA, MOM
  • Provide guidance to junior staff where applicable
  • Work closely with operations and clinical teams on billing and finance-related matters

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Strong accounting knowledge and regulations and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• High integrity, sound judgement and attention to detail
