Operational Risk Manager #JTL

1. Assist in the management of the Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process in the identifying, reviewing, analysing and monitoring and reporting operational risks. This will also include performing sample verifications of the controls evidence and tracking remediation actions.

2. Involve in the implementation of the organisation-wide Key Risk Indicators ("KRI"), review and monitor these KRIs on a regular basis, escalation of breaches of thresholds and implementation of management actions.

3. Participate in the implementation of new AI initiative and roll‑out of eGRC system to local entities, conduct user acceptance testing based on business requirements, create test plans and UAT data, document test cases and results, and track defects and resolutions.

4. Provide secretariat support for the Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC).

5. Prepare risk management reports for group reporting and escalation of risk management matters to the Board and Management. Support in the preparation of ad‑hoc group wide reports submission to internal stakeholders or regulators where required.

6. Assist in preparation of training / user guides on Operational Risk processes for internal staff.

7. Assist in any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

8. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

• Minimum Degree Holder, with at least 6 years of relevant experience in operational risk management or audit, preferably in the financial services industries.
