Working Hours:
Office hours, Monday – Friday
- Liaise with various stakeholders to perform actual cost calculation and pricing for existing and new services/projects
- Perform annual cost refresh/updates on services
- Collaborate with Project Managers on rollout of new costing systems with relevant stakeholders
- Apply National Costing Guidelines to services across different patient settings
- Participate in improvement projects on actual cost calculation, processes, and efficiencies
- Rationalise and formulate price revision proposals balancing hospital financial sustainability and patient bill impact
- Execute and ensure smooth delivery of price revisions with all stakeholders
- Analyse and support implementation of new MOH policies, including feasibility, cost, time, and resource planning
- Produce concise and value-adding reports for senior management
- Provide business partnering support to Business Units within a growing regional healthcare system
- Support the annual budgeting cycle, including financial review and analysis
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Banking and Finance/Business and related field
- Outspoken, confident, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
