Your role as a loan officer with us is to manage and respond to all loan applications and enquiries.
What You Will Do (The job)- Help customers:
Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options. - Handle paperwork:
Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company rules and industry regulations. - Be the main contact:
Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application.
- Customer-focused:
Great communication skills and a desire to help people. - Basic tech skills:
Comfortable using tools like MS Office (Word, Excel) and learning new software. - Open to all backgrounds:
No finance experience is required—we hire for potential.
11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (6 days/week)
