Location: Orchard
Responsibilities
- Create and send out invoices and statements to clients for services rendered
- Process and record incoming customer payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Follow up on overdue payments, resolving billing issues when required
- Prepare bank deposits and filing deposit receipts
- Generate financial statements and reports
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting Functions
