Blue Tree Education is a growing enrichment and tuition centre dedicated to nurturing confident, capable, and curious learners. As our organisation expands, we are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Finance Executive to support our day‑to‑day finance operations and ensure accurate financial records across our centres. This role is well‑suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, values accuracy, and can manage finance tasks independently in a structured environment.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions independently
• Assist in month‑end closing, reconciliations, and basic financial reporting
• Maintain proper documentation and accurate accounting records
• Support GST submissions and petty cash management
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate finance processes

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant finance experience
• Familiar with accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books, or MYOB
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time‑management skills and able to meet reporting deadlines
