Accounts Executive​/Assistant Manager

Meyzer Business Advisory Pte Ltd – Orchard

The executive will report directly to the Finance Manager to assist in month end closing and the full set of accounts for several companies. Key responsibilities include data entry, assisting in month-end and year-end close processes, and collecting financial data across entities.

• Assist in month end closing and partial or full sets of accounts for several companies.
• Perform Accounts Payable and Receivable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets functions.
• Prepare and monitor cash flow projections.
• Prepare and update monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist in annual budgeting exercise and other monthly reporting matters.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Other ad‑hoc assignments will be assigned from time to time.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field preferred.
• Candidates with higher skill set will be considered for senior positions.
• Training will also be provided.
• Diploma in Accounting or ACCA and above is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs) will be a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Meticulous, well‑organised and good interpersonal skill with a positive attitude.
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced work environment.
