Asssistant Finance Manager

Asssistant Finance Manager (6 months contract)
Responsibilities

Assist in performing monthly foreign currency translation exercises for overseas companies using accounting system.

Assist in performing sub-group and group consolidation.

Assist in preparation of monthly reporting package and variance analysis.

Assist in handling group financial reporting requests from parent holding companies.

Assist in the preparation of supporting notes to financial statements for Group’s quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements.

Assist in preparation of presentation materials for quarterly Audit and Risk Committee (“ARC”) and Board meetings.

Liaise with external and internal auditors for audit exercises.

Drafting of audited financial statements of Singapore companies.

Preparation of quarterly compliance checklist and MAS quarterly survey.

Any ad-hoc task that may arise.

Chartered Accountant (CA) with Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

At least 6 years of relevant accounting and / or audit experiences in a similar position

Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards

Proficient in Microsoft excel and Power Point

Knowledge in system implementation will be advantageous

Well organized, able to multi-task, meticulous and with eyes for details

Able to work independently and as a team
