💼 Temp Accounts Admin (Finance) (Govt Agency)
⏳ Duration: 3-6 months

💰 Salary:
Up to $15/hr
🧾 Job Scope:
- Handle AP / AR / GL functions for assigned accounts
- Process and verify invoices in accordance with financial procedures
- Ensure invoices are properly approved and supported with documentation
- Schedule payments and ensure sufficient cash flow
- Handle invoice and payment queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare monthly vendor statement of accounts reconciliation
- Process PO requests and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Work closely with stakeholders on finance-related matters
- Prepare journal entries and management accounts
- Perform month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Assist with internal and external audit queries
- Support system implementation projects and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
🎓
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Finance / Business / Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounts experience
- Experience with SAP and OCR systems is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
