Location: Orchard
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the KL Shared Service Centre for month-end closing activities and prepare the monthly reporting package
- Engage KL Shared Service Centre to manage payment process, travel and expenses to ensure queries raised by internal customers and vendors are resolved on a timely basis
- Support in liaising with statutory auditors, tax agents and other external parties. Prepare draft financial statements and support ad-hoc financial review with regional team
- Prepare quarterly GST filing
- Responsible for quarterly compliance reporting
- Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation preparation and analysis
- Support the FP&A team on the monthly forecast, actual vs budget review and ad-hoc requests from the regional team
- Support internal process improvement project and new system implementation
- Other administrative activities
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 3 years of working experience
- Advanced Excel skills, People Soft experience would be an advantage
