Jobs Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute ILP operations including fund switching, top ups and partial withdrawals; resolve failed trades and delays.
- Act as key point of contact for operational and servicing queries; coordinate across Investment Ops and Customer Service.
- Liaise with Underwriting to clear medical and financial loadings for high sum assured cases and support onboarding.
- Manage end to end escalation of death, disability and critical illness claims; coordinate with Actuarial for customised quotations.
- Proactively identify and resolve stuck or pending policies by driving cross functional alignment to ensure closure.
