Location: Orchard
Jobs Responsibilities
- Manage asset transfers for local and foreign markets, ensuring proper handling of associated processes and risks
- Act as escalation point for share transfer related matters within the team
- Handle SG Securities Borrowing and Lending SBL, trade affirmation and scripless conversion requests
- Process share transfer transactions and manage physical share certificate deposits for Singapore and foreign markets
- Liaise with clients, trade representatives, counter parties and custodians to resolve operational matters
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain accurate documentation and records
- Review processes to enhance operational efficiency and controls; support ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
