Jobs Responsibilities
- Process and oversee settlement for local and foreign equities as well as OTC products, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Validate and reconcile dealing tickets against incoming trade confirmations to ensure trade integrity
- Investigate and resolve unmatched trade positions and settlement breaks promptly to minimise risk exposure
- Liaise with institutional clients, custodian banks, brokers and liquidity providers to resolve trade and settlement discrepancies
- Perform trade validation, reconciliation, control checks and exception handling within stipulated timelines
- Take ownership of assigned markets and ensure smooth end to end settlement operations
- Identify control gaps and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and workflow
- Support ad hoc operational and project initiatives as required
