Location: Orchard
Responsibilities
- Oracle administration (ROs, estimate, task, debrief, invoicing, overall QC)
- Manage all local and overseas retailers repairs/enquiries
- Manage and resolve client complaints and/or feedbacks
- Quality Defect reporting
- Repair statistics and workshop productivity analysis
- Back up for spare parts administration
- Support CS department on administration work i.e. reporting and ad hoc duties assigned
- Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field with 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Possesses a strong analytical mind, well-organized and an eye for detail
- Trustworthy and ability to handle luxury items with care, accuracy & commitment.
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- IT competency – Microsoft Words and Excel. Experience in Oracle, Salesforce and/or CEGID will be an added advantage
