Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing)
- Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA)
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
