Location: Orchard
Location: Tai Seng
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.00am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to 11,000
Industry: Precision Engineering / Aerospace (preferred)
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business growth
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and demand forecasting
- Manage procurement, supplier sourcing and contract negotiations
- Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality, lead time, cost)
- Oversee inventory planning, logistics, and customer fulfilment
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Resolve supply disruptions and implement contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards
- Drive process improvements and cost optimisation initiatives
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field
- Min. 6–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/precision engineering/aerospace
- Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, Styeline)
- Experience in supplier negotiation and cost control
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
- Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
