Position: Squadron Aviation Resource Manager with Security Clearance
Location: Offutt Air Force Base

Apogee has an exciting new opportunity for a Squadron Aviation Resource Manager to support the 95th Wing. As the Squadron Aviation Resource Manager, you will provide direct support to the 95th Wing staff, 1st Air Command & Control Squadron, and 625th Strategic Operations Squadron, and support as needed to the National Airborne Operations Center. This work is full-time on-site with approximately 10% of travel, providing Test & Evaluation support services as a flying aircrew or ground support member located at Offutt AFB in Omaha, Nebraska.

Responsibilities
* Updating flight records, aircrew training, and medical currency in Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS), ARTEMIS, and Patriot EXcaliber (PEX) (or equivalent systems)
* Records management/tracking of aircrew continuation and ground training, and user profiles in in accordance with the Airborne Launch Control System (ALCS) Ready ICBM Program (RIP) Tasking Memorandum (RTM), Ready Aircrew Program Tasking Memorandum, AFMAN 11-202, AFI 11-410/401, AFI 16-1301, AFI 10-3502, AFGSCI 13-5202, and applicable MAJCOM supplements;
* Prepares for and participates in semi-annual self-inspections
* Performing Go/No-Go procedures for all aircrew members
* Maintaining daily flying schedule and flight authorizations
* Identifying and tracking training requirements for initial qualification, upgrade, requalification, decertification, and continuation training
* Ensuring compliance with the Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) and Missile Crew Information File (MCIF) programs
* Proper completion, routing, and filing of Certificate of Aircrew Qualification Qualifications
