This is a hands‑on role with visibility across operations, offering both technical challenge and career growth.

Why Join Us
  • Competitive pay ($101K–$132K) with full benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful, large‑scale automation projects.
  • High visibility role reporting directly to the VP of Engineering.

  • Provide engineering support that directly impacts plant performance and reliability.
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related).
  • 5+ years in process automation & controls.
  • Strong background with Allen‑Bradley PLCs, Factory Talk HMIs, and industrial networks.
  • Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, low‑voltage power distribution, and control systems (PID, temp, pressure, level).
  • Ability to read and create technical drawings, AutoCAD, and P&IDs.
  • Collaborative, results‑driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
