Occasional early morning, evening and/or weekend hours. This is a temporary position to end on or before June 30, 2027, with a possibility of renewal on an annual basis if funds and/or program needs exist.

Under the direction of the Director of Business Career Services, this position supports the College of Business and Economics' student population of over 11,000 students by advancing experiential learning opportunities and career readiness initiatives. The role is responsible for program development, student engagement, cross collaboration with college departments and centers, and effective use of career and learning management platforms (i.e. Canvas, Handshake, Hiration, and Suitable).
The Career Engagement Specialist will conduct individual and group advising sessions, workshops, and presentations with audiences up to five hundred attendees.
