Working Hours
5 Days Retail Hours (Tuesday & Wednesday fixed off)

Main Responsibilities- Support Directors and Branch Principal in daily school operations and administration
- Handle communication with parents, students, and enquiries via calls, Whats App, and email
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events, competitions, exams, workshops, performances, and overseas trips
- Manage front desk duties including attendance taking, CRM updates, student onboarding, and fee collection
- Welcome parents and students and promote school classes and programmes
- Handle equipment sales and maintain stock records
- Supervise students at reception to ensure orderly movement and behaviour
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service roles would be advantageous.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
