About ULC Academy

ULC Academy is a premium language and academic advancement institute based in Orchard, Singapore. We specialize in adult language training, academic pathway preparation, and international education progression programs.

We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Executive to build and scale our lead generation engine.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving qualified leads, optimizing conversion funnels, and supporting revenue growth. The ideal candidate is performance-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in digital marketing within the education or service sector.

Key Responsibilities 1. Content & Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu, and other relevant platforms
  • Develop compelling marketing content (ad copy, landing pages, short-form videos)
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to achieve cost-per-lead (CPL) targets
2. Lead Management & CRM Optimization
  • Monitor, qualify, and track inbound leads
  • Work closely with Education Consultants to ensure smooth handover and conversion
  • Improve lead nurturing workflows and automation processes
3. Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
  • Track campaign KPIs (CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC)
  • Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
4. Campaign & Event Strategy
  • Plan lead-generating campaigns (e.g., free trials, workshops, seminars)
  • Coordinate offline and online promotional activities
  • Identify strategic partnerships to expand lead sources
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
  • Proven track record in performance marketing and lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capability
  • Experience in the education industry is an advantage
