As a Residence Life Manager, you will:- Create a living environment beneficial to student learning
- Enhance the college experience for students through residence hall activities
- Oversee housing operations in three residence halls
- Provide leadership for a cooperative living environment
- Take corrective action as may be required
- Work closely with student services staff and respond to student life emergency situations.
- Manage the online residence hall bookings.
This position plays a critical role in fostering student connection and engagement, which are key factors in student persistence and success. The Residence Life Manager enhances the overall college experience through intentional residence hall programming, community development initiatives, and proactive student support.
This is an on‑campus, live‑in position that reports directly to the Associate Dean. Room and board will be provided.

MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree plus two years of experience working with youth, or experience in community development activities and programming. Additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute for required education/experience on a year‑for‑year basis.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self‑motivated with excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
- Computer skills and the ability to learn software programs.
- Experience in a leadership role with student and/or staff supervision.
$44,000/year minimum
