Job Description
ASE Education Group provides curriculum development and offers both online and onsite customized 1‑on‑1 training, as well as small‑group classes (3–8 students) for learners of all ages. We specialize in tuition programmes for elementary and secondary students, helping them consolidate their learning and improve academic performance in core subjects such as English, Mathematics, Science, and Chinese.

Tuition Center Teacher (FT/PT/Intern)Work Arrangement:
We are looking for both full‑time and part‑time teachers to join our dedicated team.
- Providing one‑on‑one and group classes and adapting teaching methods to engage and support students with different learning styles and abilities.
- Creating detailed lesson plans that outline the objectives, instructional methods, activities, and assessments for each class with inhouse teaching material provided.
- Designing and administering assessments (quizzes, tests, projects) to evaluate student progress.
- Providing timely and constructive feedback on student work and assigning grades.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment that promotes learning.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices, educational research, and new teaching technologies.
- Maintaining open and regular communication with the class consultants to keep them informed about student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
- Collaborating with other teachers, administrators, and support staff to improve the overall educational experience and support students with diverse needs.
- Degree in the related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with young learners.
- Collaborative work approach with a professional development team, demonstrating strong engagement with students.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Extensive experience in teaching primary school and kindergarten children.
- Proficiency in creating tailored lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
