Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher position located in Elba, NE. The role involves designing and implementing lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, teaching a variety of subjects to elementary school students, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities include monitoring student progress, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to support the holistic development of students.
The teacher will also communicate regularly with parents/guardians and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development, Teaching, and Elementary Education
- Strong skills in Communication to engage with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues effectively
- A solid foundation in Education and a passion for fostering student learning and growth
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required
- Certification in elementary teaching or state licensing is required
- Prior teaching experience is highly valued
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
