Middle School Specialized Literacy Paraprofessional

. We are seeking a morning-block interventionist for the '25–'26 school year to help bridge the gap between reading challenges and student success.

• Provide 1:2 direct instructional support to middle school students during the specialized morning block (8:15 AM - 10:15 AM), following pre-designed, intensive reading intervention plans.
• Utilize Orton-Gillingham (OG) or Reading Specialist methods to support students with dyslexia and specific reading goals.
• Assist the Special Education Teacher with data collection, material management, and maintaining a structured environment.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a passing score on the Para Pro Assessment
• Orton-Gillingham (OG) Certification/Training or Reading Specialist Certification

• Top Compensation:
  Earn $25.10 - $29.10 Per Hour
  , based on your experience and qualifications as a Paraprofessional, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
