Position OverviewThe Department of Educational Leadership at CSU Fullerton invites applications for its Part‑Time Lecturer Pool. The pool gathers qualified educators to fill teaching assignments for the MSEDAD and MSHE programs as needed. Qualified applicants will be contacted when positions become available.
Required Qualifications- Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years of PreK‑Higher education leadership experience or equivalent.
- Commitment to Just, Equitable, and Inclusive (JEIE) education.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from intersecting historically marginalized social groups using innovative instructional approaches and methods.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including effective use of technology.
- Experience using anti‑racist teaching and social justice pedagogies.
- Active membership in related professional organizations.

Part‑time faculty are most needed in Fall and Spring semesters. The Fall term runs from late August to mid‑December; the Spring term from mid‑January to end of May. Occasional Summer Session needs may arise.
Performance EvaluationRegular performance evaluations are conducted in accord with the Faculty Collective Bargaining Agreement and University Policy Statement 210.070. These determine continued teaching assignments and may include syllabus reviews.
Appointment and SalaryAll part‑time faculty appointments are as Lecturers, under the CSU system and California Faculty Association agreement. Initial appointments are for one semester only.
Compensation: $5,507 – $6,677 per month (classification range). Anticipated hiring range based on qualifications is $5,221 – $6,221 per month. For a three‑unit assignment, typical starting compensation ranges from $6,608.40 to $7,465.20 per semester.
