Ogallala Public Schools is seeking a dedicated High School Math & Business Teacher to deliver engaging instruction in mathematics and business-related courses for the 2026‑27 academic year. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring all students achieve their full potential.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all students in class.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning, respect, and collaboration.
• Assess and monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to student achievement and professional growth.
