Assistant Interior Designer (Maintenance & Electrical)

• Review, evaluate, and verify tenants’ shop design submissions to ensure compliance with company guidelines, mall regulations, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate closely with HQ Designers on tenant fit-out designs, store enhancement initiatives, and renovation projects to maintain brand and store standards.
• Prepare detailed renovation, fit-out, and store improvement drawings in accordance with approved concepts and technical specifications.
• Produce and modify technical drawings and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Photoshop, relevant design software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, tenants, consultants, and contractors on design, technical, and renovation matters to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, ensure workmanship quality, and verify compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
• Support the Maintenance & Electrical team in project documentation, submissions, and related administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

• Diploma or higher qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other relevant design software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior experience in retail renovation, tenant fit-out coordination, or interior design within a retail environment will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
