Location: Orchard
Customer Service Officer - Up $3300 + Allow, Middle Rd, 5 Days
Recruit First is hiring! You will be outsourced to:
💰 Salary:
Up $3,300 basic + 1mth completion bonus
+$12 shift allowance for after 9pm
+$30 shift allowance for after 12am
🕑
Working hours:
5 days a week, 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm/ 2pm-11pm / 11pm to 8am
- Handle enquiries and account related request received from all touch points (calls, email and walk in)
- Contact customer whose application/ account status are flagged
- Attend to and provide first level review for customer feedback and account related disputes
- At least 2 years working experience in direct customer servicing, preferably in contact centre environment
