Customer Support Officer HYN

Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.·
• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the call centre system or CRM.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Follow call centre scripts, processes, and service standards.
• Meet individual and team performance targets such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Diploma or GCE O Level in any field of studies.
• At least 1
  -2 years of experience in the customer service line.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
