The Customer Service Representative will possess exemplary customer service skills and a positive attitude while being goal and detail-oriented. If you have the ability to speak clearly, with regular and timely attendance, while ensuring all State, Federal and contractual guidelines are met, this is the job for you!
EssentialJob Requirements
- Must be able to multi‑task between various responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
- Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
- Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
- Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Required Skills- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
