• Build relationships with walk-in and returning customers by understanding their preferences and offering tailored recommendations.
• Promote suitable treatments, products, and packages to drive upselling, cross‑selling, and long‑term customer retention.
• Respond to customer enquiries, confirm appointments and follow up for future bookings or purchases.
• Support outlet operations by assisting with daily transactions, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Stay informed on product and treatment offerings to provide persuasive suggestions.
• Handle cashiering duties, including petty cash management and daily reconciliation, with accuracy and accountability.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

• Minimum GCE N-Level.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a beauty, wellness, or healthcare environment.
