Jobs Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer enquiries across phone, email, social media and live chat channels in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective resolution of service issues and elevate recurring trends where necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Process and invoice local and export spare parts orders; manage spare parts inventory and stock monitoring
- Prepare weekly and monthly service reports and support ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
