Location: Orchard
Coordinate with service contractors and customers to schedule service appointments.
Handle customer enquiries through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, Live Chat, Whats App, and walk-in customers, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Compilation and preparation of Reports to the Management.
Any other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
Requirements- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant after-sales customer service experience.
- Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
