• Maintain accurate, up-to-date member records in the membership database.
• Administer and process membership sales and customer service requests, ensuring compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Department Head and other internal departments when required.
• Support ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned.
