Monday to Friday.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and promptly
- Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and processes
- Schedule and coordinate appointments as required
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments for resolution
- Ensure service standards and response timelines are met
- Minimum ‘O’ Level
- Prior experience in customer service or call centre environment is an advantage
