Location: Orchard
Call Centre Agents needed!
Details- Monday to Friday 8.30AM-5.30PM
- Location:
East - 1 year contract
- Salary: $2,600-$2,800/month
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints at first point of contact whenever possible.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments when required.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum O’Levels or equivalent
- Customer service oriented
