Technical Customer Service Rep

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
• Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery and proactively resolve product issues.
• Educate customers on product usage and features.
• Identify opportunities to improve product quality, delivery, and customer service.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in technical customer service, ideally in Semiconductor/Manufacturing.
• Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience (technical/engineering welcomed).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and order management systems.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Organised, collaborative, and able to manage time effectively.
• Be able to speak, read and write in Chinese in order to communicate with China/taiwan suppliers.

Able to do shift work (9am to 9pm (3/4/3/4 alternate week arrangements)
