The main responsibilities of the Graphics Designer are summarised below; however the list is not exhaustive.
GENERAL DUTIES- Design and produce creative assets for digital platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns and online advertising.
- Develop print materials such as menus, posters, event collateral, in-room materials and signage.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with brand identity and visual standards.
- Support campaign launches, promotions and seasonal activations with visually compelling materials.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to translate concepts into impactful visual designs.
- Prepare artwork files for print production and digital publishing.
- Liaise with external vendors such as printers and production houses to ensure quality execution.
- Maintain organised archives of design files and brand assets.
- Undertake any other duties or tasks deemed reasonable by the Director of Marketing Communications and Director of Commercial.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including F&B, Rooms and Events to support business initiatives.
- Provide creative input and visual direction where required.
- Support brand guardianship across all hotel communications.
- Contribute ideas that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
- Ensure cost-effective production of creative materials.
- Manage timelines to avoid rush production costs.
- Monitor print quantities and reduce material wastage.
- Support marketing initiatives that drive revenue and brand exposure.
- Ensure all guest-facing materials reflect the tone, sophistication and identity of No
Mad. - Support the development of immersive brand experiences through cohesive visual storytelling.
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to enhancing the overall guest journey through thoughtful and refined design.
The Graphics Designer is expected to:

Mad positively in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders. - Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Demonstrate creativity while maintaining strict adherence to brand standards.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Foster clear and effective communication with internal departments and external partners.
- Exhibit initiative and proactive thinking in proposing creative solutions.
- Champion company values
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle or luxury branding is advantageous.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and brand alignment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
