Mizu Aesthetic Clinic and Aeras by Mizu are premium medical aesthetics and medispa brands located at ION Orchard. Established in 2015, Mizu is led by Dr YZ Tan and built on a commitment to refined aesthetics, innovation, and purposeful brand storytelling.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Creative Lead to define and elevate our creative output, from brand campaigns and design to video content, ensuring every touchpoint reflects sophistication, consistency, and impact.
About the RoleThe Creative Lead will oversee all visual and video communications across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, in-clinic collaterals, and brand initiatives.
You will be responsible for setting creative direction, maintaining brand consistency, art directing shoots, and ensuring all content (static and video) meets a high standard of aesthetic excellence.
This role requires both hands‑on execution, leadership, and close collaboration with the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Brand ManagementManage all design projects from conceptualisation to final delivery (e.g. marketing collaterals, posters, EDMs, advertisements, in-clinic visuals, packaging, digital assets)
Develop and maintain strong brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
Translate marketing strategies into compelling visual and video concepts
Storyboard and articulate creative direction clearly to the marketing and content teams
Set the creative direction for all short‑form and long‑form video content across platforms
Edit and produce key campaign videos, brand films, and high‑priority content
Oversee and mentor the Video Content Producer to ensure output meets brand and quality standards
Review and refine video edits, including pacing, transitions, subtitles, music selection, colour grading, and storytelling structure
Art‑direct photoshoots and video shoots (treatments, campaigns, launches, events)
Step in to execute filming or post‑production when required to maintain timelines or elevate quality
Ensure all video content balances trend relevance with brand sophistication
Production & ExecutionLead photography and videography assignments to ensure creative objectives are met
Conceptualise and execute visual storytelling across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, and other digital platforms
Liaise with external vendors for print production, installations, or event setups
Oversee final artwork preparation (FA) and ensure print‑ready accuracy
Manage multiple projects from conception to completion within agreed timelines
Team & Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing to align creative output with campaign goals
Guide and provide constructive feedback to junior team members
Coordinate with management on brand direction and strategic initiatives
Ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks with minimal revisions required
RequirementsMinimum 4–6 years of experience in creative design, branding, or visual communications
Proven experience leading creative campaigns across print, digital, and video platforms
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital assets, campaign visuals, and video work
Deep understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and brand systems
Strong art direction capability for both photography and videography
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Software & Tools Core RequirementsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong working knowledge of Premiere Pro
Familiarity with After Effects or motion graphics
Understanding of video workflows for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts
Experience preparing final artwork for print production
Comfortable managing assets in shared cloud systems (e.g. Google Drive)
Nice to Have (Bonus)Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT)
