Job Summary
Prepare and rehearse for performances to ensure readiness for scheduled shows or events. Engage with audiences by adapting performances to suit different audience types. Take direction from creative professionals and incorporate feedback to enhance performance quality.
Responsibilities- Prepare and rehearse performance pieces to achieve readiness for scheduled shows or events
- Engage with audiences by adapting performance style and content to suit different audience types and settings
- Take direction from creative professionals and apply feedback to improve performance quality and audience engagement
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance or modify performances, supporting the artistic development process
- Understand and apply technical requirements related to performances, including costume, makeup, and stage elements, to maintain overall performance quality
- Proficiency in at least one form of performance art such as acting, singing, dancing, or music
- Experience in live performances or related fields
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team
- Passion for the arts and commitment to continuous improvement
