Responsibilities
- Manage full QS functions from tender to final account
- Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions & budgets
- Perform quantity take-offs (Arch, Structural & M&E)
- Monitor project costs, cash flow & financial performance
- Handle variations, claims & contract administration
- Prepare progress claims & certify subcontractor payments
- Finalise and negotiate project final accounts
- Diploma/Degree in QS, Construction Management, M&E or related field
- 2–3 years’ experience as a QS
- 5+ years’ experience as a Senior QS with ability to manage projects independently
- Strong knowledge in tendering, cost control & contract administration
- Commercially minded, detail-oriented & proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME with high ownership
