Estimator​/Project Manager - Water Facilities

Overview

We are partnering with a well-established construction firm specializing in municipal water infrastructure and aquatic facilities to identify an experienced Estimator / Project Manager
. This role plays a critical part in ensuring project profitability, accurate forecasting, and seamless execution from bid through delivery.

This opportunity suits a seasoned construction professional who enjoys owning both the financial and operational side of projects while building long-term client and vendor relationships.

The Estimator / Project Manager will lead estimating efforts while overseeing project planning, cost control, and stakeholder coordination. Success in this role means delivering accurate bids, maintaining a consistent bid-to-build process, and ensuring projects are resourced and executed efficiently.

• Forecast project revenue and costs to support company profitability

• Lead estimating efforts and maintain a consistent bid-to-build workflow

• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project schedules

• Develop comprehensive project plans and manage execution

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Maintain estimating databases and negotiate pricing and terms with vendors

• Industry-related degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Strong proficiency with MS Office, estimating and scheduling tools, and Bluebeam Revu

• 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in estimating

• Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills

• Solid understanding of municipal and industrial construction practices
